The Citrus Coaster Pilot Project
At Alchemi and Johnny’s Speakeasy, we’re turning citrus peels into something beautiful — eco-friendly coasters made in partnership with Ecosphere Organics. Each coaster is crafted from upcycled waste, helping us reduce landfill impact and promote sustainability. When you’re done with your coaster, simply return it to us — we recycle worn or damaged coasters into new ones, keeping the cycle of sustainability going!
